I am the Operations Manager at NetSafe. In addition, I supervise the Contact Centre, I am the contact person for Education and training queries, and I deliver cybersafety presentations around NZ.
I started at NetSafe in April 2005. I have a background in management, mediation and counselling. When I was counselling, I was also part of a child protection education team. Training and presenting about the online world and the activities of young people in particular, follow on from that interest. I am particularly keen on working in the student support/social work/counselling area and with Early Childhood Educators.
