Who can I text

Who can I text?

 When we’re little, we’re taught to not talk to strangers. The same applies to texting – never text someone you haven’t met face to face, or respond to a text sent to you by someone you don’t know.
 Only give your mobile number out to people you already know and trust – not to people you have only met online. Never post your phone number (or any other personal details about yourself, like your address) online (like in chat rooms or on your personal webpage).
 Sometimes you might find out a person’s mobile number from someone else. You should only send texts to people who have given you their number themselves. Always check before you add someone to your contacts list, and never give out a friends’ number without checking with them first.
 Never arrange to meet someone you only know through texting.
