How can I check if my firewall is turned on?
To check if your firewall is operational:
1. Click on 'Start' button on the menu bar.
2. Open the Control Panel.
3. Double-click on 'Security Centre'.
4. A green light and the word 'on' should appear next to Firewall.
5. If it is off, then we strongly advise selecting the 'ON' option.
