NetSafe Training

Cybersafety is a complex issue. NetSafe has specific training packages to meet the need for educational modules on cybersafety topics. Our current training packages are:

  • The NetSafe Training Modules for Schools
    - These modules offer important professional development for key personnel who play a role in cybersafety within their schools: trustees, principals, ICT managers, cybersafety managers and librarians.
  • Training for counsellors
    - This full-day workshop was developed by the partnership of NetSafe, the University of Auckland, SAFE and the New Zealand Association of Counsellors (NZAC). It is designed for professionals in the counselling field, including school guidance teachers, RTLB's, youth workers, support workers and social workers.
