Netsafe offers free advice and support for people in New Zealand facing online challenges such as bullying, abuse and harassment.
Netsafe provides incident support for online safety challenges in schools. Our service is entirely confidential and free. Schools remain in control of decision making at all times. More information about how Netsafe can help with online incidents is available on our Incident Support page.
Netsafe’s Education Services Team work strategically with leaders and staff in schools and kura to implement the Safeguard Programme and develop school-wide strategies to promote digital citizenship. We can facilitate sessions online via video conference or face-to-face. Learn more on the Consultancy and Workshops page.
Netsafe’s contact centre is available to help from 8 am – 8 pm Monday to Friday and 9 am – 5 pm on weekends and public holidays.
