Here are some common questions about the MyKit login process, that will hopefully help you with issues you may be facing

Q. I have left the school. How can I pass the admin of the school account to another member of staff?
A. If you could email us at [email protected] from the email you have registered with, letting us know the new email address and name of the person who will be taking over the administration, we can do the rest for you.

Q. The previous administrator of the account has now left the school. How can I change their account to mine?
A. Firstly, make sure you have registered for a MyKit Account with your own email, and added the school too. You can then contact us at [email protected] and let us know the old email address and we will make all of the necessary changes. We might give the school a call just to check and make sure that you are happy to proceed. Just as a precaution.

Q. Can we have multiple sign-in's for our school account?
A. While multiple people for the school can have accounts linked to the school, we can't currently share accees to data between those accounts. That means that we can't actively have 2 users working on the same self review, or multipe users lookingat survey results. It is on a features list, and we will update MyKit account holders when this feature becomes available

Q. How can I change my sign in from my personal email to a work one?
A. You will need to first register your school email as a seperate account. If you could then email us at [email protected] with your old and new emails, we can take it from there.
